The Corey Ave Sunday Market runs every Sunday morning, year-round, hosting around 100 vendors each weekend — from fresh produce and baked goods to jewelry, art, home décor, and food trucks. Market hours run 10am to 2pm, making it a weekly ritual for the St. Pete Beach community and one of the most consistent community gatherings in all of Pinellas County.
The Corey Ave Art & Craft Festival is a beloved seasonal tradition celebrating creativity, community, and coastal charm. Visitors can discover one-of-a-kind treasures, meet the makers behind the art, and browse booths featuring fine art, jewelry, ceramics, décor, wearable art, and gifts — all in a free, family-friendly, outdoor setting.
Seasonal street parties bring the avenue to life throughout the year. The St. Patrick’s Day Street Party, for example, turns Corey Avenue into an all-day Irish-inspired celebration with live music running from 11am to 10pm — free admission, local food and drink specials, and the kind of laid-back beach energy you can only find on St. Pete Beach.
Events like Mardi Gras on Corey Avenue — sponsored by the City of St. Pete Beach and the Corey Area Business Association — bring free live music, food and drink specials, and late-night shopping to the street, making the avenue a true gathering place for the whole community.
