Sip & Stroll is St. Pete Beach’s monthly evening event where the shops open up, the drinks flow, and the laid-back energy that defines this little stretch of the Gulf Coast kicks into gear. It’s free, it’s walkable, and it’s one of the best ways to experience everything Corey Avenue has to offer.
Whether you’re a longtime local or discovering the Avenue for the first time, here’s everything you need to know — including all the 2026 dates, the businesses you’ll find along the way, and where to park.
2026 Sip & Stroll Dates
Mark your calendar. Sip & Stroll takes place every last Friday of the month from 5–8 PM, with one exception in December (see below).

Sip & Stroll is self-guided — you set the pace. Pop in and out of shops, grab a drink, pick up something you’ve been eyeing for weeks, or just wander. The businesses below are what you’ll find along Corey Avenue, and collectively they make for a pretty great evening.
🍽 Dining & Drinks
The Avenue has no shortage of places to eat and drink, which makes it a natural fit for a stroll-based evening event.
Chill Restaurant and Bar is one of the anchor dining spots on the block, serving up American Fusion cuisine with that relaxed Florida atmosphere. Twisted Tiki brings the bar-and-grill energy with an island vibe that fits right into a Friday evening. Swigwam Beach Bar keeps things casual with outdoor seating — ideal for a warm night on the Ave. Category 36 rounds things out with craft beer, strombolis, pies, wings, and sandwiches in a relaxed taphouse setting. And if you want to start your evening with something a little different, Tiki Bagel is worth a stop.

Shopping is at the heart of Sip & Stroll, and Corey Avenue delivers a solid lineup of independently owned boutiques.
Elizabeth’s Bartique is a women’s clothing store that doubles as a wine shop — a combination that was clearly designed with events like this in mind. Sail Market Boutique and Gifts carries apparel, jewelry, and gifts with a coastal sensibility. JoJo’s Boutique is a retail destination for fashion and accessories, and Sun Drunk World has the jewelry and apparel selection to match the beach town mood. Rounding out the footwear side of things, Natural Comfort Footwear SPB carries shoes and apparel worth browsing.

Corey Avenue has a creative streak, and two galleries give the Avenue its artistic identity.
Studio Jomac is the working studio and gallery of artist John McCaskill — expect original work and an up-close look at the creative process. Art Expo Gallery offers a curated collection alongside custom framing services, making it a destination for both collectors and casual admirers.

If you’re looking to bring something home that isn’t just a souvenir, the home goods shops on Corey Avenue are worth a slow browse.
Coastal Cottage specializes in repurposed, hand-painted Shabby Chic and coastal furniture — the kind of stuff you didn’t know you needed until you see it. Paradise Contemporary Coastal carries home décor with a more contemporary coastal aesthetic. And Simply Perfect covers the gift shop spectrum — decor, garden, jewelry, greeting cards, and more under one roof.
✨ Wellness & Specialty
Metaphysically Me is a metaphysical goods and spiritual shop that brings a unique energy to the Avenue — literally and figuratively. It’s one of those shops you walk into curious and leave with something you didn’t expect. Lemon Tree Spa offers skin care, massages, facials, body treatments, eyelash extensions, and waxing — worth knowing about even if you’re planning a pre-Stroll treat.

Not every business on the Ave is a shop or restaurant, but they’re part of what makes Corey Avenue a real community. The Beach Theatre hosts movies, live productions, and private events — a neighborhood gem that’s easy to overlook and worth supporting. Vaughn Law and Coastal Properties Group round out the professional services side of the street for those looking to plant roots in the area.
Parking for Sip & Stroll
Getting to Corey Avenue is easy, and parking — especially for a weekday evening event — is generally plentiful.
Free parking is available at St. Pete Beach City Hall (155 Corey Ave), along the 200 and 400 blocks of the Avenue, and at the St. Pete Beach Public Library (365 73rd Ave). If free lots fill up, paid metered options are available nearby off 75th Avenue and at 7454 Gulf Blvd. Metered rates in St. Pete Beach are currently $3.75/hr and can be paid by credit card or the ParkMobile app.
