► Sail Market Boutique & Gifts – Sarah Laracuente curates a thoughtful mix of clean skincare, handmade goods, home décor, and creative workshops in a space designed for connection.
► Chill Restaurant & Bar – Kim Hautmann delivers American Fusion cuisine with a full bar, live entertainment, and a focus on quality that’s made Chill a go-to spot on the beach.
► The Beach Theatre – Sissy and Hannah Hockman have reopened and restored this 86-year-old landmark, bringing films, live performances, and special events back to the heart of Corey Avenue.
► SIK Promotions – Suzie King and her team produce the Corey Avenue Art & Craft Festivals, drawing diverse crowds through professional event management and strategic community engagement.
