Open only to legal residents of the state of Florida who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, board members, and volunteers of the Sponsor or participating Corey Avenue businesses, and their immediate household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. - Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside this window will not be accepted. Each participating business has unique operating hours, which are listed in the Passport. Stamps and entries may only be collected during the hours posted for each location. - How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or transaction does not increase chances of winning.
Eligible entrants may enter as follows:
In-person entry: Visit participating Corey Avenue merchants during their posted hours and receive stamps as directed. Completed stamped entry cards must be submitted to an official sweepstakes submission box before the Entry Period ends.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without visiting participating businesses, mail a 3×5 card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and valid email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 29, 2025 and received by December 4, 2025.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method.
- Prize
One (1) prize winner will receive one golf cart with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $5,000. No cash substitution, transfer, or exchange is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes; registration; title; delivery; insurance; dealer fees; or other associated costs.
Winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099 for tax purposes.
- Winner Selection
A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 12, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries submitted.
Winner must be present to win. The prize drawing will take place on December 12, 2025 at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the entertainment booth on Corey Avenue. The selected entrant must be physically present at the drawing at the time their name is called in order to be declared the winner. If the selected entrant is not present, does not respond when announced, or is otherwise unable to be confirmed as the winner at the time of the drawing, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to continue selecting alternate entrants until a present, eligible winner is confirmed.
- Consent to Email Marketing
By submitting an entry, participant agrees to receive promotional emails from the Corey Avenue Business Association and participating Corey Avenue merchants. Participants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting sweepstakes eligibility. - Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation. - Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete entries, nor for technical errors of any kind. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and participating merchants from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. - General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances impair its integrity or proper functioning. If cancellation occurs, Sponsor may award the prize via random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. - Governing Law
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be brought and resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. - Winner List
To request the winner’s name after the drawing date, send a written request and self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address listed above with the subject line: “Winner List Request — Corey Avenue Golf Cart Sweepstakes.”
