The Corey Avenue arts community is celebrating a major achievement as John McCaskill of Studio Jomac has been awarded Best of Show at the 53rd Annual Art Festival Beth-El, one of the region’s most prestigious juried fine art festivals.
The award was selected by Klaudio Rodriguez, Executive Director and CEO of the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, who recognized McCaskill’s work for its exceptional artistic merit, originality, and craftsmanship among a highly competitive field of 170 nationally recognized artists.
“I am deeply honored to receive this recognition,” said McCaskill. “To be selected by a juror of Klaudio Rodriguez’s caliber, and at a festival with such a long and respected history, is truly meaningful.”
